Rivers Inlet Resort not only offers great trophy chinook fishing, hospitality, service and a wilderness experience, we offer membership to anyone who catches a 40 pound or larger chinook salmon. While you might think this is an exclusive club, it's not. 
            
             
Our 40 pound club really isn't any big deal considering the average size of chinook taken by Rivers Inlet Resort guests hovers at or just below the 40 pound mark. Some years the average size of chinook even exceeds the 40 pound mark! 

       Kids can gain membership to our 40 pound club too.

                   
 

We also offer a gold hook (don't get to excited, it's not real gold) to wear on your 40 pound club hat. To get the gold hook all you need to do is catch a 50 pound or larger chinook. Each year we give away lots of gold hooks, so don't think you don't stand a chance because you do. As a matter of fact, when the fishing is hot we reccomend that you don't limit early on during your stay. Release a few fish and try for something bigger.
