one ever goes hungry at Rivers Inlet Resort! In fact,
our staff of two chefs, full time pastry baker and salad
specialist prepare an array of meals to satisfy the
most discerning tastes. And our kitchen is ALWAYS open
because we realize that everyone has their own eating
schedules. Late at night simply go into the dining room
and tell our baker what you need and he will accommodate
you.
Our entire staff returns year in and
year out because they love the trophy fishing. During
their off time you'll find them trolling the same
waters with the same desire and excitement waiting
for the "Big One" to bite.

Meals
Breakfast
Hot breakfast or cold, it's your choice. Everything from
omelets to pancakes or oatmeal. You'll also find a huge
selection of baked goods and fruit to eat now or take with
you on your boat.
Lunch
You can always order fish & chips, either salmon or
cod or choose the daily special. Specials include Lasagna,
steak sandwich, hamburgers, chicken, and several other dishes.
You can also take advantage of the all-you-can-eat salad
bar and choice of the soup of the day or the daily special
serving of clam chowder. Don't want to stop fishing for
our hot lunch? No problem, simply ask for a sandwich, we
have several kinds, all made with our home-baked bread.
Add a half dozen cookies, a couple of pastries, an apple,
muffin, few cans of pop, slice of pie and you can have lunch
on your boat. It's that simple at Rivers Inlet Resort.
Dinner
We always serve at least two choices for dinner and the
soup and salad bar is always open for your added pleasure.
One of our favorites is the salmon teriyaki or salmon with
lemon sauce. Seafood is an important part of our dinner
menu, but we also give you other entree choices. At least
one night during your stay you can try the traditional turkey
dinner, complete with homemade dressing and mash potatoes.
And our prime rib simply can't be beat. Don't want to stop
fishing for dinner? No problem, our chef counts how many
anglers choose the sit down dinner and prepares several
plate of food for those who miss the casual sit down dinner.
When you do arrive we will heat your dinner or offer you
a sandwich or whatever your taste desires.
Afternoons & evening meals can be enjoyed inside the
dining or outside on the patio overlooking one of the best
trophy chinook fishing locations, right in front of the
resort! Notice the boats to the right > and you can see
just how close the fishing action and meals are to the trophy
chinook fishing grounds!
Desserts
Rivers Inlet Resort is famous for BIG chinook and LOTS of
pies, cakes, cookies, pastries, and other sweet delights.
Once you discover the treats, you won't ever want to leave!
